Is it painful?

The needle used is very fine and most clients describe it as a quick pinch. No anaesthetic is required and the appointment takes around 15–20 minutes.

Minimal. You may have small pinprick marks or mild redness for an hour or two. You can return to normal activity straight away, but avoid strenuous exercise, heat treatments, lying flat and touching the area for the first 4 hours.

Who is not suitable for treatment?

Anti-wrinkle injections are not suitable if you are pregnant, breastfeeding, have a neuromuscular condition such as myasthenia gravis, or are currently unwell. A full medical history is taken at every consultation.
